1. Please review the Health and Safety memo, which can be found HERE. 

2. The event starts at 9:00 a.m. Check-in opens at 7:45, with a continental breakfast served.

3. Directions: 

   • ​​from Wilmington (South) Take Rte. 100 to Coldbrook Road. Left on Coldbrook, continue 1.1 miles to Gatehouse Trail. Go left. Follow Gatehouse trail all the way up the hill (following signs ‘to Clubhouse’). The Clubhouse (our event space) will be on your right. Use the driveway for dropoff or handicapped parking as needed. Ample parking is to the left at the top of the hill.

   • From Dover (North): Rte 100 to Tannery Road; follow Tannery Rd to the T with Coldbrook Road, go left on Coldbrook. Continue South 2.3 miles to Gatehouse Trail, and turn right. Follow directions on Gatehouse Trail as above.

   • IMPORTANT NOTE for attendees traveling in Windham County: paving on Rte. 30 between Brattleboro and Newfane is causing significant delays. In addition, there is construction on Rte. 9 W between West Brattleboro and Marlboro (various locations). Allow additional travel time or seek alternate routes.
